Welcome to The Yoga Summit! You are about to embark on a journey that will help you live with greater health, peace, and happiness through the teachings of yoga.

In this introductory video, I share a bit about how these yoga teachings have changed my own life--how I eat, exercise, breathe, and most importantly, think about my relationships and purpose in the world. It is because my life has been so completely transformed, that I was moved and inspired to create this summit for you.

The Yoga Summit is a 21-day journey broken down into three weeks of sessions with renowned yoga teachers and thought-leaders. Each week is organized by a different theme, so your summit experience feels organized, integrated, inspiring, and practical.

The three weeks are:
