James Reeves has studied with a wide range of teachers. His greatest inspiration has been the work of Dr. Richard Miller, who founded the Integrative Restoration Institute (IRI) and created iRest Yoga Nidra--a system of deep relaxation and meditative inquiry.
James will share his yoga journey with us and also lead us through one of his powerful yoga nidra practices.
