Molly Birkholm is an iRest Yoga Nidra teacher and leader in yoga for the trauma-sensitive.
Through her personal experience of trauma and post-traumatic stress, Molly discusses how pain - both physical and emotional - changes us. She describes how finding yoga led her on a journey to confront her pain and relearn how to feel safe in her body. Birkholm believes that pain brings us to our mats and, ultimately, brings us to a place of unexpected peace.
