Founder of Sehatu Sleep, Dr. Amer Khan, began his journey to sleep medicine with an initial training in pediatrics, followed by a fellowship in pediatric neurology. Increasingly intrigued by the role of sleep in the human body, he received his Board Certification from the American Board of Psychology and Neurology in sleep medicine. Dr. Khan utilizes iRest® and cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia, and researches the effects of iRest® on sleep.
